Byelingual is a culture magazine featuring only Latinx people aimed at the Latinx community. As a first generation Peruvian-Bolivian-American I realized that this type of print magazine didn't exist, so I decided to make it. It all started when I saw the meme below. The term "Byelingual" really stuck with me. 

Many people within the Latinx community, myself included, have grown up with a cluster of cultures resulting in layered cultural identities. Because of this each section of the magazine has an element of layering ingrained in the design.
